Restaurants, as you know I go to quite a few and whilst I know food isn’t always perfect.
Sometimes dishes aren’t quite what you expect or others the food tastes awful………but it is awful or just not to your taste?
You don’t like the food, it is not as expected or it is cold. What do you do? Do you complain and return it? Or do you just never go back again and moan to all of you friends?
Personally I would complain if it was cold or not cooked correctly. If it is not to my liking, then that is my bad choice but anything else needs addressing there and then. Give the place a chance to put it right.
Someone once said to me a complaint is a gift, it gives you chance to put something right – so let’s given companies that chance.
