Buying a dream

What do you expect your holiday to be like?

My Father In Law used to say you are buying a dream and now I see that is right.

You dream what your holiday will be like, but what do you do if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

I have had holidays that haven’t met my expectations and holiday that have far exceeded them.

The hotel we stayed in at the last part of our holiday, this month, far exceeded my expectations. All the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. There was a private beach less than 2 minutes walk from the hotel, everything you could want was provided. This hotel was truly amazing.

So when you pick your holiday pick wisely, as you want your holiday to be a dream and not a nightmare.

This hotel was our second choice, the original hotel was not as expected and we cancelled it. This hotel was slightly more expensive, but having seen what we originally booked there was no comparison. This was a case of you get what you paid for or in the case of the first hotel we didn’t. My husband used to take a copy of what he had paid for (advert, page of brochure, etc.) on holiday with him to check he was getting the correct room, extras etc.

An amazing hotel
