How many people take time to watch TV in a hotel?
I think most of us turn the TV on at some point, especially if it is raining or we arrive back earlier than expected.
If you are in a hotel the TV almost offers such promise, mirroring, Netflix, Prime and all kinds of Apps but what happens when you try and use them……………….nothing.
Why do hotels have these expensive, fancy TV’s fitted, but don’t allow you to use any of the facilities on them. You just end up with basic channels.
So come on hotels, get your TV’s sorted out and make your customers happier, at very little cost to you, if any.
