What’s reasonable.I guess it is a bit subjective.
Recently I have been wondering what is a reasonable waiting time for something.
Over the last couple of weeks we have turned up at hotels to find our room isn’t ready, sometimes waiting more than an hour after normal check-in time for my room to be ready. Is this reasonable?
At one of the hotel, where the stairs turn into a lift, to allow disabled access, my husband waited over 20 mins each time he needed to enter the hotel. I am sure this is not acceptable.
If you had to wait 20 mins plus to get in a shop, would you wait? So why do hotels think waiting around to get your room or even in the hotel, if you are disabled is?
Customer Service is going down hill fast, firstly after COVID and now places just haven’t hired back enough staff to do the work and to be honest I don’t see it changing but what I can do, is give feedback, Blog about it and vote with my feet by making good choices about where I spend my hard-earned cash!
