Recently my Blogs have been full of disappointments, Customer Service seemed at it’s lowest level for year and then………………..
We went to the Horse and Groom near Chichester. We had been here last year and loved it. We were hoping for a stay similar to last time.
From the moment we arrived we felt the great Customer Service. It had been 6 months since we last stayed but we were greeted like long lost relatives.
We had a wonderful lunch, the food was outstanding, well presented and delicious and service second to none. We arrived early but it wasn’t an issue, we were seated immediately.
Our room was ready, when we had finished lunch and we went to relax there. Both the room and the bathroom are delightful and have everything you need.
Breakfast has a great choice and the staff are all there on time.
This is how hospitality should be and I high recommend The Horse and Groom.
