Should you be loyal or should they?

I would visit the same place, restaurants, hotels, bars, theatre etc.

I go because I like the place and have in the main had excellent, food, rooms, seats and service.

What if you go again and have a bad experience, what do you do?

Would you say something to the staff, leave a bad review, or just not go back?

What if you said something to the staff and you felt fobbed off? Would you take it further?

Would leave a bad review or only leave a bad review if you felt your comments to them hadn’t been taken seriously?

I wonder, would you go back and give the place another chance………..or just never return, and find a new special place?

These are tough times for businesses at the moment, so you would think regular customers would be something a business wanted ……………..but maybe not!
