It’s wonderful to be so familiar with a hotel that all the staff know you, even if you don’t know them!
We started to stay at the Kimpton after the pandemic, as our hotel of choice previously was Crowne Plaza, Blackfriars, and that didn’t reopen, after the pandemic.
The first couple of stays were very nice and it was clear the staff had First Class Customer Services Skills.
As we stayed more and more often we are treated like family.
It is lovely to stay where the staff know your preferences and where you are treated like you are at home. Even on our key card now it says “Welcome Home”.
