When it comes to Checking-out, what do you expect to come out of your account?
Four time recently, I have had amount come debited out of my account, that were extras and not included in my bill, and not my charges. So what can we do about this?
The first time I was lucky, I was known at the hotel and regular there and I had friends working there. I soon had a refund.
This time the matter was overseas and despite emailing them several times, they kept coming back with the same bill. Yes, that was my bill, but they had charged me for that and someone else’s bill.
Thankfully once again I had a friend working in charge of the Front Desk and she has now sorted it……………but I was on the verge of contacting my credit card company.
So, what can we do about it? I feel I have been lucky being able to sort it but perhaps one day I won’t be so lucky.
