Have you been to see a film, a show or a concert, that you realise you aren’t enjoying? If so, what do you do?
Do you stay and think, you have paid for it and you will watch it, no matter what? Do you have a sleep and hope no one notices?
I would never get up and go from the middle of a row in the middle of the show. However, I have been known to leave in the interval, if I am not enjoying the show, film or concert?
I have heard people complaining in the interval that they are not enjoying a show, but everyone is different and we are not all going to enjoy the same thing.
You can’t demand a refund as you aren’t enjoying something.
My advise would be stay quiet, others will be enjoying it and leave at the interval. The worse thing you can do is start doing something in the theatre, as you aren’t enjoying it, so no noisy sweets or talking. It is disrespectful to the cast and other audience members.

Sometimes it’s hard to enjoy a show or film, but it’s important to stay respectful. Leaving during the interval is a good option if you’re not having a good time. It’s considerate to avoid disturbing others who might be enjoying the performance. What would you do if you found yourself in this situation?
