Once again, I find myself singing the praises of Spas.
I hear people saying they are allergic to Spas, I never understand that, it is like saying your allergic to restaurants or hotels 😊
I mean, relaxing, heated pools, Spa treatments, walking, eating and drinking – what is not to like!
I have heard people just say I just wouldn’t like it but I really don’t understand what there is not to like. I could understand more, if it was Internet Detox or a Health Farm, where calories used to be restricted but these days you eat as much or as little as you like. There are Cocktail bars or healthier non-alcoholic Cocktails.
I would say try it, you might even like it. I have two go-to favourite Spas. Ragdale Hall and Lifehouse
