I am sure by now you realise I like good Customer Service. I expect to get what I have paid for, if I feel I have not been given what I have paid for. I will complain. On the other hand if I feel I have had really good Customer Service I will give high praise.
I am aware that people set up accounts just to leave bad review, but I leave a truthful review for everything I can, be it good or bad.
When you do complain, be it as a direct complaint or via the establishment reading your review and asking you to contact them/ what do you expect? Do you expect to be invited back for a complimentary or a much reduced price meal or stay? Do you expect a refund?
What do you do if you are given points and nothing more, even if you have been overcharged? How do you feel about this? Do you feel ripped off with points?
