A VOYAGE OR A CRUISE

However, we booked a Virgin Voyage, as we had always been impressed with Virgin’s Customer Service. We have always been big supporters of the Virgin Brand, being classed as frequent Virgins, back in the day, and even invited to Richard Branson’s to a party.

Whilst we had lots of admin issues, pre-cruise – that we sorted out by the time it came to boarding, we were unsure how this would go.

Personally, I thought we wouldn’t do another Cruise with them, regardless of what it was like.

How wrong could I be? The whole experience was amazing and like no other Cruise before. It isn’t an age thing, it really is a mindset, and if you want to have fun then Virgin Voyages are the company for you. We did travel as Mega Rockstars, but people we talked to on board, who were in regular Rockstar quarters also loved the Cruise and everyone, except one couple, said they would or had booked to Cruise with them again.

Our “Mega Rockstar rider” (what we requested in the Suite prior to boarding) was Cadbury’s Chocolate, Champagne, White Wine, Baileys and Diet Coke and these were topped us when they ran out. There was also a variety of other drinks in the complimentary bar. If my husband had realised they replaced the chocolate, he would have ate it sooner 🙂

Would you try a Virgin Voyage?

Would you dare to be different?
