We recently booked a Cruise and to be honest this is the second time this has happened to us, with different companies. Once we had booked it was all to be a shambles at best. Whenever we had need to call the Call Centre is was hopeless, you could ring three times about the same issue on the same day and get three different answers. Pre-booking anything wasn’t something that didn’t work.
I said to more than one person about both companies that however good the Cruise was I wouldn’t go again, due to the admin issues, which made pre-departure so stressful.
When we got on board all the changed on both . The staff, service and product were so great, we can’t wait to go again with both companies.
They are both very different Cruise Ship but both provide Top Class Service at what they do.
Have you ever been in this situation? Would you change your mind or stick to your original decision? Or would you cancel your booking if you could due to the problems pre-Cruise? I have to be honest and say if I had only paid £50 deposit I might have been tempted to walk away, from the second Cruise.


Yup I had a similar experience with a cruise company where had I not paid all the money I would have walked away but I went on the holiday convinced I would never cruise with them again. However the cruise was so good and the staff fantastic that I have changed my mind.
