The New Year has started in a positive way. Customer Service seems like the best it has been for years. Most people seem polite and friendly so what is not too like about this year………….so far.
Last year, I did have a few complaints about things, most of which were resolved to my satisfaction but some where not resolved or even responded to.
What do you do if you don’t get a response? How long do you wait? And how far do you take it? I always try and it a complaint as far as the CEO, if I have to, but what do you do if there is still no reply? All you can do is leave a bad review and hope other take note. Unless you have other ideas??
I am hoping that this year I won’t have to resort to complaints – I hope I am not being to optimistic. My old boss always told me a complaint is a gift, as it gives you chance to put things right – more companies need to understand this.
