We tend to stick to hotels, thinking they are better than most other places to stay, but this week we did something different from the norm.
We had been used to staying at a Five Star Hotel when we visited Chichester and travelling to and from the theatre, but decided to find somewhere nearer.
We decided on what we thought was a pub but turned out to be a restaurant with rooms. We were delighted with the room and as for the food it was amazing.
We will definitely stay here again. In fact the restaurant is so good that next time we will think of doing the Chef’s Taster Menu and going to the theatre in the afternoon.
I will be looking round for places like this in the future.
Do you have a special go to place? Who’d have thought I would prefer the Restaurant with rooms to the Five Star hotel!
