What do you do when you arrive at a hotel and it is not as expected?
Do you complain?
Or, does it depend on what is not as expected? Would you let something small go?
Should hotels tell you if building work is taking place? Or, if the breakfast you are expecting is no longer included and now costing £25 per person?
What if your bill is incorrect on Checkout? Do you even notice? Would you say anything?
If the staff tell you that you need to see a Manager, but they failed to come out after over 15 minutes, what do you do?
This all happened to me, so I am interested in what others would do in the same situation.
