What are your Christmas traditions?
We all have things we like to do at Christmas. Some are thing we have done from being a child. Others are things we add on as we go on with our lives and these become our Christmas Traditions.
We have a few things we have done recently and we can recommend.
We love to go and see A Christmas Carol at The Old Vic, every year they have a different cast and the play is interactive, which makes it just amazing.
We always go to at least one pantomime, either the one at the London Palladium, which is really aimed more at adults, or the one at The Marlowe in Canterbury. I have been going to pantomimes since I was about 4 years old and I still enjoy it. It wouldn’t be Christmas without one. Oh yes it would, oh no it wouldn’t!
We also go to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular, in Norfolk, when we were first told about this we thought it sounded like a show for older people, who went on Coach Trips and we didn’t go for years. When we did go we loved it, that was about 9 years ago and we have been going ever since.
There are all kinds of things to do at Christmas and some are free, so get out there and enjoy and make your own traditions.
