It’s been a while since we have been to a chain restaurant and out locally on a Saturday Evening.
We were meeting friends and we choose a Vintage Inn, that was convenient for both of us. I thought it was quiet for a Saturday evening.
We had a great evening, with great company, the only issue we had was that a few of the mains and starters were unavailable.
It was really a long time since we had done anything like this, perhaps the pandemic has changed our habits.
I suggest we all start getting out and about again, if we can afford to.
Otherwise, when we do want to go out, there is going to be nowhere to go!
Every week we read of more and more shops and pubs closing. If we want places to stay open we really need to use them.
