Virgin on crazy

Why, when a plane is delayed, do normal boarding rules not apply?

There is one reason that disabled people have to board first. In our case, my husband has a wheelchair, we need to take off the batteries and detached the joystick. He also takes him a while to walk to his seat. He doesn’t need people huffing and puffing behind, that only stresses us and makes us take longer?

Airlines, please note this. We had an awful experience, due to the lack of care and we expect better from Virgin.

Other passengers remember, be kind and thankful you don’t have a disability.
