What would you do?

You know that if something isn’t right I complain?

I complained to a theatre back in November and had no reply.

I then wrote to the CEO and received an immediate response.  The CEO wanted to speak to me.

We arranged a time to speak, but they didn’t call. I emailed and they called but I missed the call and they left a message.

It was December when I last had any contact, an email reply to say they were going on holiday and despite calling before Christmas, and being told a message would be passed on. 

I have also emailed recently but had no reply.

So do I email again, ring or just boycott the CEO’s shows?
