If you plan, how much do you plan?
On a recent trip, we had a match we wanted to watch. We planned to watch on the iPad or TV in the hotel bedroom.
Foolishly, we didn’t really research it, the TV was not showing Champions League Matches, the iPad would not pick up the UK feed, even with a VPN and it was a few minutes from the match starting.y husband made a quick trip to the Sports bar two find, three TVs showing sports, two showing Baseball Matches and one showing a Classical Concert.
A quick check with the hotel and we were told there were two sports bars down the road but they were 20 minutes walk.
Radio 5 Live worked well – but note to self plan ahead.
