Wrong Bill

What do you do if you have the wrong bill or your bill is wrong?

Would you even notice?

In the last few weeks I have had several incorrect bills? I have been charged for beer I didn’t have, instead of a soft drink in a restaurant. I have been charged for service I didn’t receive in a restaurant. I queried both and the bills were amended but would you even notice?

What if you paid your hotel bill and then the hotel charged more charges after you had left? Would you query that? This has happened to me on three occasions at the same hotel, even time they have advised it was for the Mini Bar. The Mini Bar I didn’t even use.

I think we have a duty to ourselves to correct any bills that are incorrect and ensure we are paying the correct bills, don’t just assume the bill is correct.
