Life with a Cabaret

This week has been a bit of a nostalgia trip. Back in the 1990’s,  we frequented a few Cabaret Venues, Centre Stage, Pizza On The Park included. We used to love going to these venue, for the evening or to see a Late Night Cabaret, after seeing a Theatre Show.

We went to The Crazy Coqs for the first time in a year or so. It is a basement Cabaret Venue in Bar Zedel, in Piccadilly.

There is a lovely restaurant in the basement but we didn’t eat there on this occasion. We went there just for the Cabaret which started at 7:30pm.

The doors open 30 minutes before the show starts and you can buy drinks and snacks. The staff are well versed at getting everyone served before the show starts. They always have a great Cocktail/Mocktail  Menu and they are not to be missed.

The show was just amazing, Ben Richard with two guests and a pianist. A relaxed atmosphere and a Cocktail, it was an evening that is hard to beat.
